Clues: Week 1

  1. The state where we started is bordered by the Pacific Ocean.
  2. Some people say this state is shaped like a boot.
  3. A lot of movie stars live here.
  4. Mr. Gene ran through or near these cities; Camp Pendleton, San Diego, Palm Desert, Palms Springs.

Can you figure out the name of the state where Mr. Gene started his run?  Now that you've guessed correctly, you can start your travel journal and color in the first state on the map your teacher will give you.  Hope you enjoy our journey!
